1-4 Player Multiplayer Deathmatch

Elite Force is a competitive multiplayer military deathmatch where players compete for the most kills. This game is featured in the Omni Arena arcade attraction, so matches are approximately 7 minutes long and are limited to 1-4 players.

Choose your Preferred Weapon Loadout

In Elite Force, the player can choose one of three weapon loadouts. The player can choose the shotgun class for charging into combat to get close-range kills, the assault rifle class for mid to long-range kills, or the SMG class for short to mid-range kills. Each class offers a different strategy and changes how the game is played.

Fight for the Supply Drop

Half-way through each round of combat, a supply drop is released into the combat zone to change up the gameplay. The first player to get to the supply drop will receive the miniguns for a limited time. This was added to keep the deathmatch from getting too repetitive. When the minigun enters play, the match naturally transitions from deathmatch to a juggernaut game where players focus on killing the player with the minigun.

My Role as Game Director and Producer

As the Game Director and Producer for Elite Force, I was responsible for the overall vision of the project and for getting the project completed within the 6 month time requirement. This involved constantly working on the design to limit the scope of the game while still keeping the critical features that would make this game successful. I was also responsible for finding resources to speed up development. We utilized pre-made assets and systems from our previous projects to increase our efficiency. This project was completed by me and one other developer in 6 months.
